This page describes the terms of use for the WikiJava Money promotion, by adehering to it you explicitly confirm that you have read and accepted these terms of use.

"WikiJava Money" gives the opportunity to the contributors to earn real money from their originally written articles. The contributors adehering to the WikiJava Money promotion must have their own account on the Amazon Associates Programme [***]. "WikiJava Money" provides the service to publish a single Amazon Associates advert in each page containing an article genuinely written by the contributor. WikiJava is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any part of the transactions between the buyer and Amazon or between Amazon and the contributor or any money transaction, as the only offered service is to publish the advert, as provided by Amazon in the pages along with the articles.

The goal of "WikiJava Money" is to promote the use of WikiJava for the sole purposes of the community.

WikiJava administrators reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice, it's care of the contributors to regularly check this page to verify if the terms have been changed.

All the articles adehering to the promotion must comply with all the terms specified in this document and in addition to all the rules from the WikiJava TOS [***] and to the Amazon Associates Programme TOS [***], infringement of any of these rules may result in removal of the avert or deletion of the whole article, or in serious situations even to the banning of the contributor responsible for the illicit content.

It is a requirement that the item advertised in an article contains material related to the content of the article itself, or in general to the contents WikiJava is about.

Only the original creator of an article can decide if the article adheres to the promotion, by inserting an advert in it. The same original author can decide anytime to remove the article from the promotion, by removing the advert. No one else can edit the advertisement area. The original creator of an article is the contributor who created the article in it's completeness in the first place. More specifically: a contributor is the original author of an article if he was the first one to write in it enough information to clearly and exhaustively describe or explain the argument mentioned in its title. In case of dispute the history of the article is the sole source that can be used for proving who is the original author.

The original author is responsible to verify that other users don't change the Amazon Associates advert on their articles. It is good practice to add the articles to the watch list, to get an email every time the article gets changed.

A contributor can decide separately for every and each of the articles for which he is the original creator. To participate to the promotion fill the specific field in [***] (name of the field?) the form for editing an article. The field must contain the advertisement URL as provided by Amazon.
